The Jamez Duke musical talent was naturally developed and started performing at the young age of 8 years old. Jamez acquired a scholarship to study at Chicago Conservatory under the renowned concert pianist Catherine Sour Smith. He continued on as a protégé studying Music Composition and Theory under a Northwestern University Professor and Writer Aaron Parsons.
